Fix test lisp/cedet/semantic/bovine/gcc-tests on macOS (Bug#52431)
* test/lisp/cedet/semantic/bovine/gcc-tests.el
(semantic-gcc-test-output-parser-this-machine): Also detect Apple
clang on macOS Monterey.
