Remove some XEmacs compat code from semantic
* lisp/cedet/semantic/wisent/comp.el (wisent-ISVALID-TOKEN)
(wisent-parse-nonterminals):
* lisp/cedet/semantic/wisent/wisent.el
(wisent-item-to-string): Remove XEmacs compatibility code.
(wisent-char-p): Redefine as obsolete function alias for
'characterp'.
