Minor changes in mule.texi
* doc/emacs/mule.texi (International, Coding Systems) (Bidirectional Editing): Minor wording changes and typo fixes. Suggested by Michael Albinus <michael.albinus@gmx.de> in emacs-manual-bugs@gnu.org.
