Make bookmark-maybe-message obsolete (Bug#35918)
* lisp/bookmark.el (bookmark-maybe-message): Redefine as obsolete function alias for 'message'. (bookmark-write-file): Use a progress reporter. (bookmark-load-file): Use a progress reporter.
