Note combine-and-quote-strings doesn't shell quote
* doc/lispref/processes.texi (Shell Arguments):
* lisp/subr.el (combine-and-quote-strings): Add a note that
combine-and-quote-strings doesn't protect arguments against shell
evaluation (Bug #20333).
