Remove obsolete Lint directives
Most of the directives were wrong anyway. Apparently
traditional lint hasn’t been used to check Emacs for years.

* src/eval.c (call1, call2, call3, call4, call5, call6, call7, call8):
* src/fns.c (concat2, concat3, nconc2):

Omit ARGSUSED comments.
* src/eval.c (call1): Omit VARARGS comment.
