Fix the new ctags test
* test/manual/etags/Makefile (ctags_update): Sort CTAGS* files
before comparing. Patch by lu4nx <lx@shellcodes.org>. (Bug#59544)
* .gitignore: Ignore CTAGS*.sorted files.
