Revert "put Git::Annex::Wrapper in its own file"
This reverts commit b8dbaa0149d7f300a608bb1ee92178b29589617a. No-one should be instantiating this class so it probably shouldn't have a POD. Signed-off-by: Sean Whitton <spwhitton@spwhitton.name>
