It's more useful to be able to jump to the end of the section, for example to
add something new, or to edit something added recently.

There don't seem to be problems anymore with at least balanced pairs of square
brackets. I also tested a few cases of unbalanced brackets.

diffs in Emacs can break my flow.

Now toggles both ways, avoids unnecessary redirection to
spw/toggle-frame-split, and restores next and previous windows lists.
